Pricing Policy

At SoCalTiles, we offer a Price Match Guarantee to ensure our customers always get the best value on our products. Here are the terms and conditions:

• We will match the price of any identical or substantially comparable product that is available the same day at any competitor's store or website.
• The item must be identical or substantially comparable with similar quality, size, weight, color, quantity, part/manufacturer number, and warranty.
• The price must be valid at the time the price match is requested and verified by a SoCalTiles team member.
• For in-store price matches, we will match the price of most local competitors, subject to our terms and conditions.
• For online price matches, we will match the price of products available the same day on select competitor websites. If the product is available for in-store pickup, the competitor must have the part available for same-day pickup to validate the price match. Shipping charges will be included in the price of the product.
• We do not match prices of items found on internet auction sites or non-professional, independent websites.
• When the price match is approved, no other discounts, coupons, or promotion codes can be applied.
• We do not match clearance, catalog, closeout, damaged product, used, refurbished, open packages, or liquidation sales. Paid membership club or loyalty programs are also excluded. We also do not match prices on items where a free gift card is being offered.
• We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and the availability of the item.
