SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES We offer standard shipping via FedEx or USPS or UPS, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing times. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Free Local Delivery:

We are pleased to offer free local delivery for orders of at least 50 square feet within our delivery area, which includes San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Thousand Oaks, Palm Springs, and Riverside.

To qualify for free local delivery, your order must meet the following requirements:

  • The order must be for at least 50 square feet of our products.

  • The delivery address must be within our delivery area as specified above.

  • The order must be placed during our business hours and processed before the end of the business day.

  • The delivery must be scheduled at least one business day in advance.

  • The delivery must be made during our regular delivery hours, which are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Free Shipping on All Orders:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website, www.socaltiles.com. This offer applies to standard ground and freight LTL shipping within the continental United States.

To qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the following requirements:

  • The order must be placed through our website, www.socaltiles.com.

  • The order must be shipped within the continental United States.

  • The order must not exceed our weight or size restrictions for standard ground shipping or freight LTL shipments.

  • The order must be placed during our business hours and processed before the end of the business day.

ORDER PROCESSING We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received. However, please note that some products may be made-to-order, which may take additional time for processing.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package online. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For international orders, please note that you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on these charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

RETURNED PACKAGES If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and resend your package. Please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us.
