Natural stone is quarried, not manufactured -- color, veining and finish vary by block and production run, even within the same named product. This program reserves a single current lot for your order; it does not change how much a given lot can naturally vary from another.

What counts as a "large" order for this program?

There's no fixed cutoff published here -- request a reservation for your specific quantity and we'll confirm whether single-lot fulfillment is realistic for that amount of that product.
Does this cost extra?

No. Reserving a single lot is free. You pay only for the material you order.
What if I need more material later, after my order ships?

Let us know when you place your reservation. We can note your project in case additional material is needed later, but we cannot guarantee a future addition will match once the original lot has sold through.
Can I get a sample from my specific reserved lot?

Yes -- confirming your reserved lot with a sample before the full order ships is part of how this program works.
