Thassos White Marble Tile

Thassos White marble is quarried on the island of Thassos in northern Greece. Where other white marbles carry gray, beige, or gold veining, Thassos is characterized by its near-pure white color and minimal veining. Under natural light it is the brightest white stone available in this collection.

Why Thassos is Different

The brightness of Thassos White comes from its crystalline structure — the stone has a luminosity that reflects light rather than absorbing it. This makes it particularly effective where maximum brightness is the priority: shower walls, backsplashes in kitchens with limited natural light, and bathroom floors where a clean, fresh quality is the goal. Its minimal veining also makes Thassos the most consistent and predictable white marble in the collection.
