Bianco Carrara White Marble Tile

Bianco Carrara is quarried in the Apuan Alps of Carrara, Tuscany — the same region that defined Italian stone craftsmanship for centuries. Its white ground with soft blue-gray veining makes it the most widely used and most versatile natural marble in residential design.

What Makes Bianco Carrara Distinctive

Unlike Calacatta Gold (bolder, warmer veining) or Thassos White (near-pure white, minimal veining), Bianco Carrara occupies the most balanced middle ground — enough character to be genuinely interesting, cool and neutral enough to work with almost any interior palette. The soft gray veining reads differently depending on lighting — warmer in incandescent light, cooler in natural light.

How Carrara Compares to Calacatta

Bianco Carrara has consistently soft gray veining — subtle and predictable. Calacatta Gold has bolder, warmer gold and honey-toned veining on a brighter white ground — more dramatic and more variable. Order samples of both to compare in your own space. Buy 5 samples and get free shipping.
